Please join us for this memorable tour of one of Colorado's most beautiful areas.... Telluride and the great San Juan Mountains.  This four-day Porsche Tour is limited to the first 40 Porsches or 80 people and promises to be full of great fun, great people and several great Porsche roads.  We expect that this event will sell-out very quickly, so don't wait and reserve your spot.
Preliminary Itinerary
Day 1:  "Destination Telluride"

We will begin our journey at the Hub Diner in Colorado Springs with a hearty breakfast and driver's meeting.  We'll also be passing out "Goody Bags" with driving instructions, tour information and special gifts that you will truly enjoy.  The drive will include the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Garden of the Gods, Wilkerson Pass and South Park.  We'll stop for lunch at the Palisades Restaurant in Gunnison and make a "pit stop" in the beautiful town of Ridgeway for some complementary drinks, snacks and ice cream.  After we check in at the fabulous Capella Telluride Resort, a reception dinner will be held in the hotel.

Day 2: "The Million Dollar Highway"
We will begin with a drivers' meeting and breakfast in the hotel.  Then we will embark on a 260 mile journey through several of Colorado's most beautiful mountain passes (Lizard Head -10,222 ft., Coal Bank - 10,640 ft., Molas - 10,970 ft. and the incomparable Red Mountain pass -11,018 ft.).  We will stop for lunch at a Colorado favorite, Beau Jo's Pizzeria in Durango, and make a "pit stop" in the historic town of Silverton for complimentary drinks and snacks. After we return to the Capella Telluride and relax for a bit, we will gather for a group picture in the Mountain Village Town Center and then board the gondolas for a spectacular ride to the Town of Telluride for dinner.  We will take a short walk to the "Paz de Luna Mexican Restaurant" for some drinks, food and laughs. If you wish to partake in some after hour cocktails, there are many interesting bars and saloons that dot the Telluride streets.  Afterwards, just jump back on the Telluride gondola for your safe ride back to the hotel.  The Gondola remains operational until midnight!

Day 3: "The Ascent"
We will begin an early day with breakfast and a "Jeep Tour Breakfast".  We will then board Jeeps and Hummers for a magnificent and awesome guided 4WD tour of Imogene Pass (over 13,000 ft) and the infamous Tomboy Ghost Town.  The tour will be led by Telluride Outside, the premier outdoor adventure outfitter in southwest Colorado.   You will definitely want to bring your camera for this.  Some of the views you will see are simply spectacular and unforgettable.  Those afraid of heights and/or narrow roads may want to think twice about signing up.   But for those who want to see and experience the rugged and unspoiled side of Colorado, this is a must!  There is a fee $80 per person for this optional adventure.  We expect to return to the Capella Telluride about 1:00pm.   You will then have several hours to rest and relax before the Tour dinner at 6:00pm.   Again, we will take the Gondola into town to enjoy some tasty food and drinks.   We will also award prizes for the Tour contests.  After dinner, some cocktails and a stroll down the main street Telluride is highly recommended.   Just remember the Gondola closes at midnight.

Day 4:  "Stop and Enjoy the View"
Sleep in late, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, get pampered with a spa treatment or just wander around town.  In any case, this is your day to relax and just take in the sights around Telluride.   Participants can enjoy a day on their own and return home at their leisure.   For those wishing to spend an extra day or two, the Capella Telluride has agreed to extend their special discount prices for additional days.
